Guy Best Friend....

Ok, the probably sounds very 20something... But right now one of my very best friends is a guy..  Shaun and I have know each other since we were 16, we didnt stay in touch after high school but thanks to facebook we started talking agian and its like we never stopped. There was actually a group of us that were always together. I never lost contact with Debbie, and Andy passed away but the rest of us have gotten back together.  But its great we talk about everything just about life, the past, the future, our kids, ex's, whatever. We are moral support for each other, we can go out to a bar or somewhere and not worry about weirdo's hitting on us. It's actually fun to have a guy best friend.  The biggest thing  that has been great is that we have both gained confidence in the opposite sex agian... Him that not all women are evil and will cheat on you or just want money from you.  But some actually care anout the everyday things and only want your friendship. Me its that some guys actually want to work as much as I do, and feel its thier place to make sure that the household is supported financially. 

It just goes to show you that no matter the gender anyone can be besties...
